All of my family members are currently using The Leasing Co for our properties as they are extremely efficient in their property management skills and the legislation involved. All of the staff members are always polite, professional and knowledgeable in all of the duties which they undertake.
With each duty they perform (whether attracting potential client(s) to our properties, carrying out various maintenance or negotiating with tenants to obtain the best possible rental price), we are frequently updated of current situations, as well as the final outcome.
Many of the problems (especially maintenance) experienced during the leasing periods were sorted out with great efficiency. Furthermore, during home opens / leasing we were updated with useful statistics on the number of clients attending the inspections, whether they were interested in renting and if not interested, the reason(s) why they were not interested.
In the past, I used a different property management team, which constantly missed out on important details and that later snowballed into bigger and more expensive problems. The feedback was minimal and I often had to chase up on whether an issue had been sorted out or not.
My family and I are extremely grateful with The Leasing Co for looking after our properties.

The plumbers have been here to fix the cracked drainage pipe this week and the carpets were cleaned this morning (that off wet capet smell is finally gone!) so hopefully that means everything is now sorted. I recently constructed a second home for the sole purpose of being a rental/investment property. I was referred by a friend of mine that has properties listed with The Leasing Co and they felt it would be a good place to start in my quest to find a quality Property Manager.
I arranged to meet on site and was impressed straight away with the knowledge of the rental market in my area and the ambition to achieve a good tenant and suitable price for my property. Straight away photos were organised and they came out looking fantastic and soon after, the property was listed on the internet.
